We are thrilled to share that Dr. Maria Hadjielia Drotarova, Head of Research and Assistant Professor in Hospitality and Tourism Field of study at CTL Eurocollege, successfully presented her research at the prestigious Academy of Management (AOM) 85th Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark, held from July 25th to 29th, 2025. This year’s conference brought together over 13,000 academics and professionals from around the world, making it one of the largest gatherings of management scholars.

Dr. Hadjielia’s presentation, titled “Collective Strategy Frames and Cooperative Strategic Entrepreneurship in Craft-Based Ventures”, showcased innovative insights into strategic collaboration in entrepreneurial ventures, contributing valuable knowledge to the fields of tourism and management studies.
