Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol

Students and faculty members from the Hotel Management programme at CTL Eurocollege recently had the opportunity to visit Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol, as part of their ongoing professional training and industry exposure.

Upon arrival, the group was warmly welcomed by the hotel’s representatives, who offered a guided tour of the resort’s impressive facilities. Students explored key departments such as reception, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, spa areas, and conference halls, gaining valuable insight into the daily operations of a luxury hotel.

During the visit, hotel staff explained how various departments function, how service standards are maintained, and how coordination across teams ensures a seamless guest experience. Both students and faculty had the opportunity to ask questions, all of which were met with thoughtful and detailed responses from the hotel professionals.

An exciting feature of the visit was that students could apply immediately for available job openings and internship opportunities, allowing them to take a proactive step in their career journey.

Parklane Resort, part of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection, is located along the Limassol coast and is recognized for its high-end accommodation, award-winning spa, gourmet dining options, and exceptional customer service. The hotel provided an inspiring environment for students to see the theory learned in class translated into action.

This educational experience aligns with CTL Eurocollege’s commitment to providing practical, real-world learning as part of its Hospitality and Tourism Management courses. Through such visits, students are able to observe industry standards up close, deepen their understanding of operational procedures, and prepare more effectively for future roles in the sector.

Dr. Vasilis Papavasiliou, Head of the Hotel and Tourism Management Department at CTL Eurocollege, remarked:

“Seeing how a luxury resort operates from the inside is an invaluable learning moment. Our students had the chance to not only observe but also engage, ask questions, and explore employment possibilities. Experiences like this add real value to their studies and prepare them for the dynamic world of hospitality.”
