Accreditation is the approval for the inclusion of an Institution or a Programme of Study in a list of accredited Institutions or accredited Programmes of Study as a result of an enactment, through which it is formally recognized that the Institution or Programme has met certain predetermined minimal criteria or standards.
The competent authority in the Republic of Cyprus for carrying out Programme evaluation and Accreditation of the Private Institutions of Higher Education is the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education.

For students: the College is committed to provide a high quality learning experience providing student satisfaction. The direct contribution that students make to this, by providing feedback, advice and suggestions, is critical. Input from students is a key feature of all College quality enhancement and assurance processes.
For staff: The quality and commitment of staff are critical to maintaining and enhancing the high quality of learning & teaching. The College fully recognises that all staff, both academic and administrative, are continuously reflecting upon and seeking to improve practices in all areas of work to advance learning and teaching.
The College under the guidance of The Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education adopts the standards and guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area ESG 2015.
Suggestion / Complaint Box
A suggestion / complaint box has been placed in the cafeteria for students to leave suggestions or complaints about College. All suggestions and complaints are welcome because they contribute to the upgrading of the Institution and its Programmes of studies. Suggestions/complaints can be made anonymously.
Suggestions / Complaints from staff
Suggestions / Complaints from the staff are always welcome. Suggestions can be made personally in writing or orally to the Quality Assurance Officer.
Student Satisfaction Survey
Primary goal of the College is to maintain and improve high standards to ensure student satisfaction.
The College conducts an anonymous survey among students at the end of each semester. Students in their final semester of study are surveyed using online survey development software.
